Over-complimenting is something that many people that love to flirt do with mobile chat girl friends. Over time, the compliments seem like they’re coming with a reason behind them, and this additional perceived motivation, whether valid or not, can be a turn-off for many people.
Look to keep your conversation natural, including the number of compliments you have, the number of flirtations you give, and the amount of communication that is pertaining to life or usual discussion you would have with your friends.
An essential factor to flirting is knowing when to stop flirting. Read body language and listen to the words of the person you are flirting with. If either comes off as being awkward or not wanting to be flirted with at that point in time, stop. While this might not seem like something that affects the rest of your life, people tend to talk to other people, and if their experience is an uncomfortable one, your flirtations may not even get off the ground with others regardless of how fantastic you are at it.
In addition, even if the person is responding positively to your flirtations, there is a time to recognize that you have already attracted their attention and gotten them in good spirits. At this point, changing over to more intellectual conversations or conversation about other topics that do not include flirtations it is often the best plan. It is okay to circle back around and flirt some more. This flows along the lines of too much of something is not always a good thing. Just like compliments, flirting, in general, should be timed and spaced out well. As the conversation goes on, less flirtation is needed. You can still end the chat on the flirty ground, even after having a chat that has some deep points to it. Make sure, however, to use tact. If the talk moves to something like the death of a relative, ending with a big smile, a wink, and a flirt, may not be the best choice for making an excellent first impression.
